We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Sale items or personalized/custom products may not be eligible for return (if applicable).

Return Options:

  • Return at Spot: If you check the item upon delivery and return it immediately to the delivery rider, no return fee will apply.

  • Return via Courier: To initiate a return after delivery, contact us at customercare@moomoochamp.com / 03141006102] with your order details. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us, and we will guide you through the process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
